The Mansfield Musical and Dramatic Society (MMuDS) is dedicated to fostering a love for theatre, music, and performing arts in Mansfield and its surrounding areas.
Since 1983, our community-run, not-for-profit organisation has proudly celebrated local talent and brought people together through the power of performance. Every year, our volunteer committee members and production teams work together to deliver high-quality shows and artistic events, showcasing the talent that lives right here at home.

Our mission at MMuDS is to encourage community participation in every facet of our productions. Whether it’s directing, stage management, marketing, lighting, proposing a show, sound, or welcoming guests at the door, there’s a place for everyone to contribute. Alongside our well-loved productions, MMuDS hosts the MAD (Mansfield and District) Orchestra, The Actor Factory youth program, and regular musical and theatrical events that inspire creativity across all ages.
