ReActor Factory 2022
After being shuttered for a number of years the MMuDS Committee is proud to announce that Actor Factory, I mean ReActor Factory is back. ReActor Factory will start on July 20 and conclude on the 14th of September 2022. It is open to students from Grade 5 to year 10. The cost is $50 per student, which includes afternoon tea and a T-Shirt! To book just fill in the Registration Form. If you require any further information or have questions please don't hesitate to email secretary@mmuds.org.au We believe this is a great opportunity for young people in our community to begin their journey into the Performing Arts as well as having a lot of fun, and after these last few Covid filled years our young people deserve that.
ReActor factor’s aim is to give Mansfield’s young adults the theatre experience: acting, choreography, voice work and singing. Over the 9 weeks we will be working together to bring all aspects of the theatre:
- spoken and singing vocal coaching
- choreography / dance
- acting
- theatre games / sports
- movement
- script analysis
- behind the scenes in the bio box, side and back stage, costuming, front of house

The ReActor Factory - MMuDS Youth Drama Program
The Actor Factory - 2019
This year The Actor Factory, MMuDS Youth Drama program, will focus on MMuDS upcoming musical for 2020, "The Kastle", a musical version of the film "The Castle" which is partly set in Bonnie Doon.
The Actor Factory runs from Monday July 1st till Monday August 5th. (session 4 pm - 6pm) for 2 hours after school and will be run by Shannen Andrews.
Those who can also commit to two or three rehearsals in the week before the One Act Play Festival (August 10th) can also have a chance to perform for an audience.
